Strawberry shortcake, choo choo man and baby Woody

Emmy got her "Straw Cake" hat that she is going to wear for Halloween...she likes to wear it a lot - plus she knows she is very cute in it.

Yes - Choo Choo Man is perfecting the choo choo whistle. His mouth isn't big enough to fit over the whole thing, so he found the one corner that sounds most like the whistle and blows it continuously. Music to my ears...ha!
Lily...sorry, I mean Woody (that's how Emma says Lily) has been sick this week and has just been miserable. But she's still precious and has had her happy moments.
And welcome to the new attitude. In this picture, Emmy is rolling her eyes at me and telling me something to the extent of, "No, I won't do that you silly old lady...you are just my mom and you don't know anything. There is no reason why I shouldn't have m&m's for breakfast." Something like that.

Our trip to St. Regis to see Aunt Billi and Jaden

About a month ago we all went to St. Regis to see Billi and finally meet Jaden. Here are the pics from that.

Day in our lives

Ya, she's cute.

I was in the bathroom and Lily started crying. Emma came in (so much for privacy) but I asked her if she could go love on baby Lily and when I came out she had given Lily her bottle and was petting her saying, "shhh, shhh, shhh"
Lily is now standing up. She loves to do this as much as possible.

Emmy just kicking back.

This is Luke in his full "choo choo guy" outfit. Yes, it's for Halloween, however he wears it everyday (clean or dirty) and in public...we get quite the array of comments.

Emma decided this morning that she wanted to help me feed Lily. Then she decided that she would feed Lily by herself. But Luke wanted to help. It resulted in the picture above and baby food all over everything. Emma used the baby spoon, Luke used a big spoon. I'm not sure how much food Lily actually got in her mouth, but she was pretty happy about the whole thing.

Luke, Emma and Lily

Luke in his "choo-choo driver" outfit. He just needs a hat and some boots...but he's pretty excited about it. He wants to wear it EVERYDAY!
Luke and Emma got a new toy, which they love. They stick a letter in the yellow thing and it tells them what the letter is and what sound it makes. It also sings the ABC's. Emma loves it so much and does not like to share it with Luke. She actually told him yesterday to go play with his choo choos. It was pretty hilarious.

Lily just hanging out playing with the measuring tape.
The kids are so cool...and Lily is so awesome. She pretty much just chills except when she is hungry or the kids pick on her too much. She is pulling herself up which is scary (she threw herself out of the crib the other night) and she is crawling like crazy (the real crawl now) and tries to stand on her feet whenever she can. No teeth yet, I'm not expecting any for about 2 weeks.

On a sad note...my good friend Todd Allred passed away last night. Most of you already know but I just wanted to put something on here about him. He was a man of quiet strength and just so gentle and kind. Luke and Emma adored him and we loved him like he was our big brother. We will miss him greatly.
